Australia Pacific Airports Corporation Limited  (APAC) - ACN 069 775 266 owns APAM and Australia Pacific Airports Launceston PTY Limited (APAL) - ACN 081 578 903 which owns and operates Launceston Airport.

Melbourne Airport was acquired in July 1997.  Both Melbourne and Launceston airports are operated under a 50-year long-term lease from the Federal Government, with an option for a further 49 years.

APAC is a privately held corporation owned by institutional investors, predominantly superannuation/ pension funds, managed or represented by  five entities.

Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (APAC), in conjunction with the Launceston City Council, acquired the lease for Launceston Airport in May 1998.

The Airport is majority Australian owned and is managed locally for the benefit of the region. We are committed to the long-term safe and secure operation of the Airport.Australia Pacific Airports Corporation Limited (APAC) operates two Australian airports - Melbourne and Launceston.

BAA is one of the world's leading airport operators owning and operating six UK airports, including the main London airports: Heathrow and Stanstead.  The Toggle Facility is a cumulative, payment-in-kind facility between ADI Finance 1 Limited and various lenders originally entered into on 7 April 2006.  RREEF Infrastructure holds a portion of the BAA Toggle Facility.
